I'm a real estate professional based in Dublin, with over two years in residential property and a growing focus on valuation and commercial real estate My foundation is financial — a BA (Hons) in Accounting & Finance from Griffith College — sharpened in the field by a Higher Certificate in Valuation & Auctioneering from TU Dublin (IPAV).

From September 2026 I continue at TU Dublin with an MSc in Real Estate, alongside RICS/MSCSI chartered surveyor accreditation via the APC route. I'm also completing the ACCA qualification, which is where the two threads meet: the financial rigour that turns commercial real estate from square footage into cash flow, yield and value.
